Job Description

As the Global Staffing Partner you will be an integral part of the transition team that manages the Staffing ecosystem for new large and complex global clients. Working across all capabilities and brands within Publicis Groupe, you will specialise in supporting with employee communications and the employee onboarding experience for new business Global Media and Power of One Clients.

Whilst you will support with many global staffing aspects, you will have overall ownership in creatively crafting all materials and content related to Global Staffing including both initial external/ internal recruitment outreach and new joiner content. To deliver this you will collaborate with the Global Client Lead, in-country talent and local leaders across all countries across NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Under the direction of the Global Staffing Lead and Senior Partner you will support where required on managing stakeholders to collect and report on hiring metrics across the world and any other ad hoc tasks that contribute to the overall transition hiring success.
  • You will craft compelling employee communication to specifically encourage internal populations within the Groupe to raise their hand for new client or acceleration transitions. This will included targeted emails and internal client led career pages.
  • Leverage existing Publicis platforms to deliver a seamless onboarding experience including but not limited to Marcel, MS Teams channels, Sharepoint, PowerPoint etc.
  • Connect with local markets to ensure that new external or internal hires receive the appropriate day 1 local and client onboarding especially when there is no existing team or brand members in the specified country.
  • Create recruitment packs, job specs and any other assets that Talent Acquisition require including social media assets.
  • Renew and keep up to date all documents in the global staffing transition tool kit that is used by the wider Publicis Groupe.
  • Collaborate with business development, senior leadership and transitions team members to answer talent related questions required for potential Global Client pitches and or negotiations.
  • Support with ongoing Mobility related activities including networking and ensuring employees seeking new opportunities are recorded on our Publicis Talent Pool and considered for new client opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Ideally you will have a talent background with some experience in creating or managing L&D and or onboarding related topics
  • The ability to use initiative and deliver programs or projects to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in coordinating or project managing large scale projects globally/ regionally or over multiple time zones.
  • Working knowledge of platforms Publicis platforms including SmartRecruiter/ICIMS, Marcel, Career settings, MS Teams, Sharepoint/LionBox
  • The ability to effortlessly manage multiple stakeholders, setting expectations and prioritise numerous urgent tasks.
