Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Analyst to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term / Secondment basis. As a Web Analyst, you will track our marketing campaigns, monitor the performance of website content, and provide insight which can be used to discover opportunities and support informed business decisions.

Analyse web and mobile campaigns and channel tracking.

Communicate with the Digital team and other departments about analysis from campaigns and website performance.

Produce reports for the Management team.

Monitor performance with relevant stakeholders

Determine most important KPIs to track

Discuss the customer experience and behaviour with the Digital team and other stakeholders

Collaborate with retail and catering sales teams, trading and ops teams

Work with technical team to establish best practices for testing software.

Work with key stakeholders to provide relevant data to assist with decision making as part of the web development process.

Strong quantitative analytical skills

5+ years of experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields

In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, ideally GA4

Working knowledge of Contentsquare would be advantageous but training will be given

Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

Commercial awareness

Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields, or equivalent 

Shift Hours: 38 hours hrs per week (Monday – Friday)
