Overview

We are looking for a Sustainability Commercial Account Manager to join the Frontier team on a permanent, full-time basis. We use a hybrid approach to working, this is a national role and there will be a requirement to attend sites and offices each week along with working from home.

You will play a key role in working with and supporting end consumers and Frontier commercial teams in building and delivering projects related to sustainable crop production. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders in the agricultural supply chain and effectively manage and develop commercial offers around natural capital and carbon management.

About You

  • Previous agricultural experience is desirable

Your Role

As a Sustainability Commercial Account Manager your role will involve:

  • Managing customer relationships; building and maintaining a strong network of internal and external stakeholders such as agronomists, farm traders and farmer customers.
  • Developing understanding of technical aspects of sustainability programmes to effectively support customers.
  • Developing and running enrolment campaigns for commercial sustainability programmes. Enrolling farmers into programmes directly or via a network of Frontier colleagues.
  • Working closely with the Strategic Account Manager and other colleagues in the grain department to ensure alignment of sustainability campaigns with commercial grain trading strategy.
  • Supporting development of overall commercial strategy for sustainability programmes.
  • Working with new and existing programme funders, such as key supply chain partners, to ensure good communication around progress and delivery of programmes.
  • Working closely with the Knowledge Exchange Manager to prepare campaign materials.
  • Managing the roll out of programmes to grower groups and clusters.
  • Presenting information about programmes effectively in person and via digital channels.
  • Collaborating with and feeding back to technical colleagues to enable ongoing technical development of programmes.
  • Managing the internal network of sustainability programme champions.
  • Participating in, and leading where required, strategic and project planning meetings.
  • Writing documents for knowledge exchange and participating in training events.
