P3 is looking for a motivated compassionate individual to help us change lives for people experiencing homelessness. We are looking to recruit a Support Worker who will help people who may be struggling with drug or alcohol misuse, mental health, or a history of offending behaviour.
Our aim is to break the cycle of homelessness by enabling an individual to gain the skills to sustain a tenancy and live independently. The successful candidate will offer intensive support, which is person centred and will cover benefits, accessing support services, budgeting, encouraging people to be a part of their local community and partnership working.
You will need to be dedicated, empathetic, and passionate about helping people to achieve their full potential. You will also have a calm and personable manner and be able to handle potentially difficult situations.
