Location: Dublin-based but travel across EMEA is required
Salary: €70,000.00 per annum
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday daytime (8:30am – 5:00pm)
About This Role: We’re seeking a Regional Event Program Manager, to support the delivery of high-quality, consistent event experiences across a designated region. This role plays a critical part in executing our client-specific Global Events Operating Model (GEOM), partnering closely with supplier teams and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across sites. This is a hands-on independent contributor role for someone who thrives in hospitality environments, builds strong supplier relationships, and brings structure clarity, and care to complex event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • GEOM Execution & Governance: Implement and uphold standards across regional sites; serve as an escalation point for complex events; conduct site visits to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Supplier Oversight & Compliance: Oversee regional supplier and catering teams; ensure consistent delivery against standards; provide coaching and guidance to drive service excellence.

  • Data & Reporting: Support adoption of Event Management Systems (EMS); maintain accurate event data; conduct audits; analyse reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. . Stakeholder Collaboration &

  • Consultation: Facilitate regional meetings; provide guidance on complex or high-touch events; partner with cross-functional teams to align event delivery with business needs

  • Training & Enablement: Mentor site-based event operations point of contact; support ongoing training for supplier teams on EMS best practices and client specific requirements.

  •  Process Improvement & Strategic Contribution: Support regional process refinement; contribute insights and recommendations in global forums to strengthen overall event operations.

  • Dublin-based but travel across EMEA is required.
