Location – Presidents Quay (London, E1)
Working Hours – 4 on 4 off, 1830 – 0630
Salary – £22,000 – £23,000 per annum
Contract – Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a charming, riverside development located in Wapping, consisting of 34 residential apartments along with a communal garden with an impressive water feature, underground parking and 24 hour concierge service. The development is within walking distance to Tower Hill underground station.

- You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others.
- You know how to deal effectively with difficult and demanding situations. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries.
- You have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning, and maintenance (externally and internally).
- You’ll have a good eye for details with experience reviewing CCTV and observing a security perimeter.
- Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
- You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and working in a team environment.
