As a Doorman you’ll be the face of the hotel, so we want you to take pride in everything you’ll be doing to offer an outstanding welcome to all of our guests. As part of a vibrant Guest Relations team, you’ll help to keep things running like clockwork and exceed our guests’ expectations. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role!
If you’re our ideal Doorman you will:
- Be yourself!
- Be an ambassador for the hotel as you’ll be the first and last person our guests meet
- Act as a point of contact for guests if they are looking for local recommendations- a good knowledge of the city will help!
- Support guests with luggage and heavy items if needed
- Work as part of the Guest Relations team to deliver on guests’ requests
- Be an excellent communicator with an all-round positive influence

Our Story
Built on decades of hotelier know-how, we are part of the Fattal Hotels Group, which operates over 230 hotels across Europe and Israel. We look after over 50 hotels across the UK & Ireland and have plans for major expansion over the next few years’; there’s never been a more exciting time to join us!
