Job Purpose and Summary

The candidate who we are looking for will be included in the Consumer Business Unit upervises the day-to-day operations of a sales team for Office printing business through distribution, partner and retailer channels.

What we give

  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of workers engaged in promoting and selling Office Printing Product and Services through channel partners;
  • managing and directing a sales force to achieve the set targets;
  • working closely with marketing to design and implement local promotional activity plan within channel partners;
  • identifying and analyzing organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and responding to opportunities in sales environment;
  • set sales strategy based on market trends and channel performance.

What we ask

  • Experience (8-10) in managing sales teams in multinational contexts
  • Background in Office Printing and Technology Products and Services.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian market and Partner Ecosystem, with particular reference to strong knowledge of Distributors Channel
  • Proven People Management skill to drive the sales team to success
  • Excellent communication skills and standing
  • Goal-oriented orientation, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Professional use of the English language for relationships with multinational clients
