Playing global fleet Specialist role in printing worldwide enviroment
What we give
- Playing global fleet specialist role in printing environment.
- Preparing device configuration instructions and profiles for installation and printers configuration.
- Remotely onboarding installed printers to fleet management tool and monitoring connected printers to operate according to defined baseline.
- Lifecycle certification management by proactively planning and deploying actions such as security patching, firmware updates
- Actively working in customer ITSM system in terms of change and problem management activities
- Playing SPOC role for day-to-day technical topics .
- Participating in regular review meetings with customer, preparing and presenting content for fleet and security management activities
What we ask
- Basic IT knowledge
- Fluent Polish and very good English in writing and speaking
- Proficiency in Excel with the ability to use formulas to work with large amounts of data
