Drinks & Food Preparation

✓ Producing coffees in a timely manner to the BaxterStorey standard

✓ Assisting with food and snacks preparation as required.

✓ Laying out service counters ensuring they are clean and fully stocked throughout service

✓ To seek the appropriate knowledge of food items and coffees varieties sold throughout catering areas

✓ To provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers

Customer Service

✓ Providing an excellent standard of customer service, projecting a willing and helpful attitude

✓ Ensuring that customers are given a prompt and efficient service

✓ Being customer focused at all times by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.

Financial Responsibilities

✓ Accurately handle contactless transactions, assisting in stocktaking as required.

✓ Taking an active role in promoting sales through location and company promotions whilst being sensitive to our customers’ needs. 

 Your safety

Keeping you, your team members and our customers safe is paramount, and we ask you to adhere to the below.

✓ To operate all heavy equipment according to manufacturers’ instructions (adhering to age restrictions with the operation of dangerous equipment).

✓ To clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas in accordance with cleaning schedules.

✓ To read Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations and notices regularly and follow all procedures accordingly.

✓ To wear footwear, uniform and protective clothing to comply with Company minimum standards.

✓ To maintain highest levels of personal and kitchen hygiene.

✓ To have an understanding of and follow the Company's quality system and procedures.

✓ To be aware of COSHH regulations and use appropriate protective equipment when using chemicals.

✓ To adhere to any rotas/schedules laid down by Location Management.

✓ To report any present/prospective problems/hazards to the Location Manager as soon as possible
