About the Team

You will be working with a dynamic, experienced and friendly Asset and Procurement team who support the Digital and ICT function within Gloucestershire County Council.

 

As part of this role, you will be mainly focussed on activities such as:-

  • Procurement of ICT hardware and software as part of the Request Fulfilment process.
  • Ensure the timely payment of supplier invoices.
  • Maintain ICT stock and processing deliveries.
  • Asset recording of equipment and updating the Asset Database.
  • Administer mobile phone line contracts.
  • Liaising with suppliers.

 

About You To be successful you will have experience in the following:-

  • Procurement experience.
  • Processing and payment of invoices.
  • Excel spreadsheets.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a support environment.
  • Experience working with multiple suppliers.
