ASB and Community Safety Manager
(RP0103)

Salary £47,816pa to £50,972pa  

37 hours per week (hybrid working)

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and deliver our statutory responsibilities in relation to Anti-Social Behaviour, the Community Safety Partnership, CCTV and Street Wardens.  

You will be customer-focused, with the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people. You’ll have an excellent grasp of ASB and Housing Law and a proven-track record of leading and managing successful teams. You will have substantial experience in at least one of the above specialisms. 

Working with well-established policies and processes, we’re looking for someone who can build great relationships with customers, colleagues, community stakeholders and partner agencies, using all available tools to bring cases to a swift and successful conclusion.

Qualified to degree level or equivalent relevant experience, you will bring expert knowledge of appropriate legislation and best practice. It is essential, above all, you share our passion for realising positive change and be ready to go the extra mile to accelerate our journey towards excellence.
