We are looking appoint a Supply Chain Administrator to join the Framework Team team.
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will serve as the core administrative engine of our procurement function, taking ownership of our supply chain portal. This is a data-heavy administrative role requiring meticulous attention to detail, high-volume data entry precision, system auditing, and regular report generation.
You will support in the management of master data across our platform and procurement platforms, ensuring all supplier profiles, accreditation records, and performance metrics for our supply chain are 100% compliant, up to date, and ready for commercial use.

Your core responsibilities will include:
- Maintain partner and supplier chain records.
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers and collecting required documentation.
- Update supply chain databases and spreadsheets.
- Monitor insurance, certifications, and compliance documents.
- Support procurement and commercial teams with administrative tasks.
- Track supplier performance information.
- Assist with framework reporting and KPI data.
- Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Attend and present in Supply Chain events, when required.
- Provide Internal Training for colleagues.
- Occasionally assist in other administration tasks
About You
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new processes.
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Experience with Marketplace (desired).
