At Diversity jobs group we pride ourselves on being an inclusive to all job board.

We fundamentally believe that in this day and age it is imperative to have easy access to a diverse array of jobs from inclusive employers.

Diversity jobs group was created out of frustration of not having candidates from a diverse background the ability to search for jobs from employers that are committed to having a diverse workforce, without doubt the roles you see are from those companies that have made a commitment to having a fully transparent, diverse and inclusive strategy.

We also wanted to have some real focus and equality around all of the diversity strands, having every diversity stand associated within the overall diversity groups site plus having individual sites focusing solely on that inclusion.

The UK Government currently acknowledges six ‘equality strands where people are protected by law from discrimination (direct or indirect), harassment and victimisation. The current UK strands are:

  • Gender

The aim of Diversity Jobs Group was to not only provide a group of job boards that reflected the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010, but also the recognised diversity strands and are pleased to be working with like-minded employers.
