Salary: £32,000
Location: Based within the Anglian Water region covering the Northampton area. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

This two-year graduate programme is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in a vital industry, helping to deliver sustainable water services while developing your leadership and technical skills.
You’ll support the day-to-day operation, working closely with delivery teams and partners to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service. From managing incidents to improving processes and supporting capital projects, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to protect the environment and serve our customers.
What you’ll be doing:

Support and improve the efficiency of our Water Recycling Operations

Collaborate with teams and partners to improve performance and service

Oversee daily operations with a focus on environmental impact, safety, and service quality

Help manage incidents and ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met

Analyse data to improve asset performance and reduce risks
-
Contribute to capital project planning and delivery

Ensure all activities follow Anglian Water’s Health & Safety policies
