About the role

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: Hull, HU8 8LE  (Hybrid, 3 days per week on site)
Reports To: TA Manager

 

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team, supporting high volume Supply and Manufacturing recruitment across our Hull site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is forward-thinking, and can act as a true partner to stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes, and providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning. 

Your responsibilities

  • Strategically Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored, strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Provide high-level data and reporting on vacancy trends, recruitment metrics, and pipeline health to inform decision-making.
  • Identify and engage top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and talent forecasting.

  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles including Supply & Manufacturing 
  • A true passion for Candidate Experience
  • Ability to interpret and present recruitment data to influence strategic decisions.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
