Salary Range: £12.27 to £12.54 Per Hour

We’re hiring for a Support Worker in Wadebridge

You will support three people sharing their home together in Wadebridge. Each enjoys a variety of interests and activities from music, art, cafes, baking, and getting out in their local communities. You will provide support centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, personal care and medication needs.  

Working in friendly teams you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Visit our website for more information.  

We have a variety of contract opportunities, including waking night only.

Your responsibilities: 

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead 
  • To develop daily living skills. 
  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships 
  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans. 
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals. 
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support 
  • A full, manual driving licence is essential
