Job Title: Senior Product Architect

As a Senior Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions from inception through to implementation. You will lead architecture efforts across multiple domains, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams through complex solution lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the design of enterprise-grade solutions across cloud, infrastructure, applications, domain, and data.
• Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Project Leadership

• Oversee solution implementation, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Provide technical leadership to development and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers to build architectural capability within the team.

Technology Strategy

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Integrate cybersecurity principles into architecture design.

Preferred Certifications & Domain Expertise:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Experience in Banking, Cards, and Lending domains
• Familiarity with TOGAF, ITIL, Design Thinking, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
