About the Role:

We are looking to recruit a Senior Building Safety Manager to lead a new team of Building Safety Managers. This role will ensure that MTVH continue to deliver a robust Building Safety Service for all of our residents in High Rise and Higher Risk Residential Buildings supporting the Head of Building Safety and the Director of Property Asset Management.

What you will need to Succeed:

The successful candidate will have a proven technical background in Building Safety or Fire Safety and have experience working within the Higher-Risk Residential field, this will be supported by relevant qualifications and professional membership. You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of applicable legislation, Building Regulations, British standards, PAS’s and best practice. You will be a key contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that residents are safe and feel safe.

You will be comfortable leading on service development, process development and have experience of leading a team and be able to demonstrate delivery of a Building Safety programme. Great project management and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be working as part of team of specialists, where customer focus, customer focused communication, competence, cultural change, collaboration and information sharing are essential.
