Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Digitas' largest client accounts as a Senior Account Manager, specialising in CRM and Customer Experience.

You’ll be part of the Digitas team, collaborating with Saatchi & Saatchi, and Publicis London to deliver best-in-class Customer Marketing and CRM.

Role Overview

This is an exciting time to join our team and help transform how we deliver game-changing customer communications for a major client. We're looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager who thrives in a leading global digital agency and delivers outstanding service. As a key player within the team, you will manage client relationships and drive projects forward through strategic and creative CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as a critical point of contact, managing key client relationships.
  • Campaign Leadership: Brief, deliver, and execute customer campaigns with a focus on CRM and Customer Experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead conversations with Creative and Strategy teams and manage weekly prioritisation.
  • Project Management: Work with Project Managers to update project plans and ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Journey Development: Develop campaigns that enhance the customer experience and loyalty.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate client needs and potential issues, keeping us one step ahead.

Qualifications

  • Experienced SAM ready for more responsibility on a large CRM-focused account or an AM that is ready for that step up.
  • Strong background in CRM and Customer Experience with several years of experience.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships.
  • Skilled in managing CRM campaigns, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a keen sense of curiosity.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and adherence to project processes and standards.
