What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting children with SEND/SEMH needs
- Understanding of behaviour management and trauma-informed practices
- Inclusive, empathetic, and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships
- Basic knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and the National Curriculum
- Confidence in using ICT to support learning
