Salary: £13.45 per hour

 Who is Ariya Neuro Care?

  • Ariya Neuro Care supports individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence, with the aim to return home or to more independent living. 
  • All of our CQC inspected services have been rated ‘Outstanding’ in all 5 areas by CQC, which is a very rare achievement.

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. 

We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don’t need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and support is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.

We have excellent career development programmes and opportunities to support you in your role, including a management training programme and staff awards.

This role is on a rota basis, which includes evening and weekend work. It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.

No uniform is required.
