About the role
Regulatory Operations Associate (10-Month Secondment)
Team: Regulatory Operations – New Dossiers (Self Care / Medicines)

This secondment offers a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience within the Regulatory Operations team, supporting our Self Care and Medicines portfolio. You’ll play a key role in enabling new product development and launching new licences into emerging markets.
This role is ideal for someone with existing experience in medicines who is looking to expand their regulatory knowledge and contribute to global product strategies. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that values quality, agility, and cross-functional partnership.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality regulatory submissions within agreed timelines, working closely with partner functions
- Use your knowledge of European and emerging market regulations to support global product launches
- Ensure all activities align with Reckitt’s operating model and best practices, including compliant system use
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Safety (RAS) teams to shape and implement regulatory strategies
- Maintain a strong understanding of internal processes to drive operational efficiency
- Build and nurture relationships with regulatory and cross-functional stakeholders
The experience we're looking for
- A degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Pharmacy)
- Familiarity with Reckitt’s self-care portfolio and regulatory requirements for medicinal products
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently
- Clear and confident communication with stakeholders across all levels
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to team success
- High attention to detail and consistent delivery under pressure
- Ability to interpret and summarise legislative requirements effectively
