Receptionist at Kents Hill Park
Kents Hill Park is a dedicated hotel, meeting and training centre, ideal for residential conferences. It is a part of The Venues Collection; five easily accessible properties located across the UK – a division of Levy UK + Ireland.
We are currently looking to hire a Hotel Receptionist who has a solid background in customer service and knows how to provide a warm, welcoming experience for our guests.

More about the role
Our Hotel Receptionists are responsible for fabulous first impressions, pre-prepared guest welcome and immaculate administration, including: 
• Hotel guests’ welcome with check-in administration 
• Showing guests to their bedrooms with full venue and bedroom information 
• Liaising with all departments to ensure we are always ready for each guest including special requests 
• Hotel guests’ departure with check-out administration including payments 
• Office duties including filing, reporting, etc
 • Assisting guests with their telephone and email enquiries / reservations, offering friendly advice to sell our bedrooms and up-sell other products

• Vibrant personality with great communication skills
• Real passion for people and exceeding guests’ expectations 
• Self-motivated professional with excellent attention to detail 
• Energetic team player with positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Previous relevant experience is essential
