The University of Salford has an exciting opportunity available for a Programme Assistant!
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the programme administrator and programme leaders in the smooth running of the International Foundation Year, University Wide Language Programme, Pre-Sessional English and Learning English for Academic Purposes. This post is a dynamic role and liaises with the four main Schools and central professional services teams.
The ideal candidate will have Higher Education experience and a passion for working with different cultures and languages!

So what will the role involve?
- Assist the Programme Administrator in the delivery of their responsibilities;
- Provide a front-line professional service to visitors to the School Office and outstanding customer experience to students and staff in all aspects of programme administration;
- Liaise with the Student Administration Team in relation to all aspects of the student journey;
- Contribute to the collection and preparation of data for assessment board meetings, including coordination of external examiner input and ensure all relevant deadlines are met.
