Position: Plumber / General Maintenance Technician
Type: Full-Time, 45 hours over 5 days, including 1 weekend day
Salary: £28,648

We’re looking for a versatile Plumber & General
Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our park’s facilities in
top shape! From plumbing repairs to general upkeep, your expertise will help
ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.
Key
Responsibilities
– Carry
out inspections, plumbing, general maintenance repairs across holiday homes and
park facilities.
– Promptly
diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, both routine and urgent to ensure
everything remains safe, functional, and guest-ready.
– Respond
to general maintenance requests from guests, owners, or team in a friendly and
professional manner.

Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to maintain safety and
performance.
– Work
collaboratively with the wider maintenance team to deliver high-quality service
across the park.
– Maintain
accurate records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
– Fully
qualified Plumber (City & Guilds Level 1 or equivalent) with proven
experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
– Practical
experience in general maintenance is essential.
– Previous
experience working in a holiday park or similar setting is a bonus.
– Excellent
problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a
team.
– Strong
awareness of health and safety regulations and commitment to a safe working
environment.
– Full
UK Driving License essential.
