Arbeitszeit: 38,5 h/Woche

Nutrilabs ist eine etablierte, jährlich wachsende Marke im Bereich Ergänzungsfuttermittel für Tiere. Mit vielfältigen Marketingaktivitäten über mehrere Kanäle stärken wir unsere Marke und setzen gemeinsam mit unseren Kooperationspartnern (u. a. Veterinärsektor, Online-Shops, Apotheken) wirkungsvolle Kampagnen um. Der weitere Ausbau von Digital- und Performance-Marketing inkl. E-Commerce ist ein zentraler Pfeiler unserer Go-to-Market-Strategie, und dafür suchen wir dich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Koordination & Umsetzung von jährlichen Marketingplänen mit Kooperationspartnern inkl. Performance-Tracking
  • Planung & Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien für Trade-Partner- und Brand-Marketing
  • Briefingerstellung sowie Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen & Freelancern
  • Weiterentwicklung der Nutrilabs Website (laufend, in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern)
  • Ausbau unserer Social-Media-Kanäle: Content-Planung, Kampagnenplanung & Advertising
  • Organisation von Messen & Events/Präsentationen inkl. begleitender Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Schwerpunkt auf Digital Marketing, Social Media und E-Mail-Marketing
  • Konzeption & Umsetzung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen: Planung, Kampagnenmanagement & Reporting

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor im Bereich Marketing (oder vergleichbar) und mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
    alternativ: 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung ohne Abschluss
  • Sehr gute Analyse- & Reporting-Skills (digitale/online/e-commerce KPIs, Trend- & Dateninterpretation)
  • Fundiertes Wissen in Digital & E-Commerce Marketing (PPC/Performance, Promotions, SEO/SEA-Grundverständnis)
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung digitaler Kampagnen (z. B. Display, Social, YouTube/Plattformen)
  • Erfahrung mit CMS-Systemen (operative Umsetzung gemeinsam mit Agenturen)
  • Stakeholder-Management: Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen & Freelancern
  • Erfahrung in Messe-/Eventplanung (Planung und/oder Teilnahme)
  • Sprachen: Deutsch (Muttersprache), Englisch C1 (Kommunikation & Verhandlung)
