What we are looking for:

  • An individual who works to the highest standard ensuring the maintenance and presentation of a luxury care home

Do you have the following?

  • Previous management experience in maintenance
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance
  • Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition  
  • Strong leadership skills with the experience to motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team
  • Proven planning and budgeting experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • The skills and experience to carry out health and safety inspections and audits
