As a Lead Engineer, you’ll take the reins of a cross-functional development team building modern applications that support millions of users across accountancy, Payroll and HR.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive technical and architectural direction for a full-stack engineering team delivering real-time, scalable solutions using .NET Core, Angular/React, and Azure/AWS cloud technologies.

Own the delivery of strategic projects aligned to OKRs and business outcomes.

Mentor and lead engineers, helping them grow through structured career development.

Embed quality, security, and observability standards across the SDLC.

Champion continuous improvement, DevOps automation, and agile best practices.
You’ll Bring:

Demonstrable experience in software engineering with proven experience in team leadership, technical mentorship or line management.

Hands-on expertise with .NET, modern JS frameworks (Angular/React), and cloud-native infrastructure (Azure/AWS).

Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and modern DevOps tooling.

A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills.
