The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to support key business initiatives focused on our Digicon and Wholesale B2B functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in onboarding new strategic partners and delivering enhancements to our services, helping to drive significant business growth and operational improvement. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Project Planning & Execution: Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring all activities are tracked and deadlines are met
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams (Digicon, Wholesale B2B, Tech, etc.) and external partners (marketplaces, customers, distribution partners), ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, capture, and manage project risks and issues, escalating them to senior management when necessary and developing mitigation plans
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the project budget, tracking expenditure, and ensuring the project remains within financial constraints
- Milestone & Delivery Tracking: Monitor project progress against key milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and other essential project documentation for a variety of audiences
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, workshops, and regular check-ins, ensuring they are productive and focused
- Resource Coordination: Assist in coordinating project resources, including personnel and vendors, to ensure they are available and allocated effectively
- Change Management Support: Support the implementation of change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems by end-users
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and best practices within the Transformation team
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Experience: Proven experience in a project coordination or junior project management role. Experience in a transformation, B2B, or technology-focused environment is required
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying problems and working collaboratively to solve them
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrable ability to manage a project budget and track financial performance
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira) or ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk) and Google Workspace
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
