About you
You’re an experienced administrator with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’re confident using digital tools and have excellent communication skills, especially when dealing with sensitive or emotive situations. You’re flexible, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll have experience working at a senior administrative level and be comfortable supervising others. Above all, you’re passionate about helping people and committed to upholding the values of trust, respect, innovation, and empowerment that define our culture at West Northamptonshire Council.
