We are looking for an experienced individual to join our EUC (End User Compute) team. This is an Engineer role, and will involve working closely with the Lead EUC Engineers. Assisting them by working with key stakeholders at all levels, building Product roadmaps, and adding value through the delivery of continual service improvement.
In addition to Product management, you will work closely with our Operations team, supporting them with escalations, and ensuring we are providing the best service possible to our customers.
A collaborative work ethos, and good communication skills are required, as the team work closely with other teams to deliver projects, and support our internal customers.
Your Role
- Support the EUC Lead Engineer.
- Lead initiatives for continuous service improvement across EUC platforms.
- Act as a technical escalation point for EUC issues.
- Oversee lifecycle management of EUC products including OS upgrades, firmware updates, and patching.
- Maintain technical documentation, and knowledge articles for EUC services.
- Administer and optimise MDM platforms for Windows, Apple and mobile devices.
- Manage hardware lifecycle, from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Participation of On call rota.
What You’ll Need
- Practical experience of EUC principles, and technologies, ie M365, MS Intune, MS Teams, Windows Desktop, and MAC Platform.
- Familiarity of Azure Entra ID, and access management (IAM).
- Knowledge and understanding of wider Modern Work toolsets, ie M365 platform.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, and CMDB capabilities.
- MD102 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Passion for technology and customer service.
- Experience of working with a diverse portfolio of technologies.
- Experience in creating technical documentation.
