Job Title: Product / Project Manager – Wifi Connectivity Trial 
Location: Hybrid – with ongoing time at Hafan y mor, North Wales 
Contract Type: FTC – 6 Months 
Salary: Competitive annual salary plus bonus and benefits 

About the Role: 
Are you an enthusiastic Product and Project professional looking for an exciting opportunity?  Haven, one of the UKs best loved holiday brands is well renowned for providing fantastic experiences with memories that last a lifetime.

Our parks are situated across Great Britain in areas of beauty and often these areas are not conducive to having reliable or high speed connectivity. 
Poor connectivity is one of the largest detractors of guest and owner experience, as well as holding back utilisation of the Haven app and associated services such as F&B delivery, booking of activities. 

For this reason, Haven is to trial a new way of connecting hundreds of holiday homes at Hafan y mor, establishing suitability for rolling out nationally across Haven parks.  You’ll be part of the tribe focused on the experience of our guests and team, working closely with the Product Director and partnering with a Senior Product Manager 

This is an excellent chance to develop and demonstrate your expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of a critical project that aims to revolutionise the connectivity across our parks. 

Responsibilities: 
– Collaborate across Haven teams to ensure awareness and support of this trial, both locally and nationally 
– Set KPIs against which the trial will be managed, optimised and ultimately assessed in being relevant for wider adoption 
– Work with Digital to embed pre-arrival WiFi sales in holiday sales journey 
– Work with Digital to enable on park WiFi sales in the Haven App as well as inclusion in the wider end to end CRM journey 
– Work with marketing team to create in Holiday Home materials that stimulate & support signup for both free and paid WiFi 
– Work with research and insight team to ensure both quantitative and qualitive reactions to the trial are captured and mined for insight and learns to both improve the trial and drive any future potential rollout 
– Create support automated routines with Freshdesk bots and knowledge base 
– Lead a transparent an open culture of communication and shared understanding, promoting critical thinking and decision making – Be present on park on a weekly basis, seeing first hand the experiences of all users and team in order to optimise with first hand experience 

What We’d Like You to Bring: 
– Proven experience in product and project management, especially with web and app solutions 
– Core understanding and experience of CRM systems. 
– Ability to manage cross dependencies across engineering, business, third party and contractual 
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. 
– Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting clear messaging and maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels. 
– Ability to handle the complexities of a large-scale trial and act independently amidst ambiguity. 
– Confidence and curiosity to be, or become, an expert with the hardware used in our connectivity trial (the go-to expert 
– Knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite and Tableau is beneficial; willingness to quickly learn new technologies 
– Knowledge of Wifi systems / billing platforms / Wifi access portals is highly beneficial.
