Job Title: Development Services Representative

Salary – Circa £33,000 dependent on skills & experience
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Full time, 37 hours per week
Norfolk and surrounding areas

This role is a field-based role, so ideal for people who love meeting customers face to face and being out on site. ‘Do the right thing’ is one of Anglian Waters values meaning we take health and safety as a top priority; we will always ensure that whilst being out and about and meeting customers yours and their safety is our number 1 priority.

Reporting to your Drainage Team Leader you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing on-site support to Developer Customers, in the delivery and adoption of new drainage assets, discussing drainage applications. In addition, you will also excel at supporting our household customers who wish to undertake development work close to existing Anglian Water assets.

You will receive full training for this role, we just need you to bring excellent customer service!

What does it take to be a Development Services Representative?

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a personal, trusted and effortless customer experience; consistently, without exception, as well as:

  • Extremely organised

  • Happy to stand in front of customers multiples times a day to discuss drainage applications

  • Working knowledge of sewerage system design and sewerage law is ideal, but not essential

  • Strong IT skills and the ability to utilize technology in the field

  • Be able to self-manage your workload effectively & efficiently

  • Understanding of health and safety legislation
