Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, supporting one of the largest and most trusted financial service providers in the U.S. You’ll assist customers by resolving issues and managing their financial needs through inbound calls.

This position requires you to be on-site. Must live with 50 miles of the Las Vegas site: 420 E, Pilot Rd, Las Vegas NV, 89119

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply. 
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required 
  • Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the customer service industry — we’re looking for someone ready to hit the ground running! 
  • Must have open availability – flexibility is key!

  • Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers & information 
  • Connect with customers and clients while assisting with their financial and banking needs 
  • Self-motivated and eager learner with a strong sense of accountability, consistently driven to excel in training and on-the-job performance
