Shift hours: Part Time (0.4) Tuesday and Wednesday -39 TTO

We are looking to appoint an experienced Key Stage 1 teacher who:

 

• Understands the importance of highly effective EYFS and Key Stage 1 provision.

• Has a secure subject knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

• Recognises and celebrates the uniqueness of every child within their class, tailoring their teaching to meet every child’s needs.

• Uses positive behaviour management strategies and demonstrates a compassionate and restorative approach to dealing with behaviours.

• Has the skills to work with colleagues to plan and deliver a creative, engaging, and effective learning curriculum.

• Whose personal values align with those of our school.

• Will actively contribute to school life and the wider community.

• Possesses a sense of humour, positive outlook and has empathy.

•  Is a reflective practitioner who recognises the importance of professional learning.
