Location: Airfield Estate, Dundrum, Dublin, D14EE77
Rate of Pay: €17.30 per hour
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 (including evenings during events), 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of Overends Restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
- Supervise, motivate, and support a team of up to 12 staff per shift.
- Support the management team in delivering successful events across the Airfield Estate, including lunches, dinners, BBQs, weddings, and private functions.
- Manage service for a busy commercial operation serving approximately 150 covers per day.
- Ensure smooth delivery of both a la carte restaurant service and event catering operations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
- Assist with staffing, training, stock control, and labour management.
- Drive sales opportunities and support the achievement of business performance targets.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
- Act as a key point of contact during service, ensuring efficient operations and strong team communication.
