What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Head of procurement
this role has two key responsibilities:
- Supplier and Contract Management: Sourcing, contracting, category management and supplier management in your nominated category Your actions will have a direct material impact on the EBITDA contribution of the business as well as supporting other critical Warner business priorities.
- Sourcing Support: Sourcing and contracting support across Warner on spend that is not actively managed by procurement but material in nature (nominally over £50k per annum or otherwise identified by the Head of Procurement or Warner Executive).
What we are looking for?
- Sourcing, Contracting and category management knowledge, preferably in Hotel management settings.
- Knowledge of Hotel operations
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management
- Supplier Management
- Category and Contract management
- Experience of procurement in Hotel settings
- Able to derive clarity from ambiguity and competing priorities
- Able to work on many different activities simultaneously
- Results focused with a strong drive to deliver
