Job Description

As a Business Analyst within the DCE team, you will play a pivotal role in the next phase of platform development and product enhancement. You will support the Head of Product in working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. With a keen understanding of both business objectives and technical capabilities, you will drive the development of our platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients. In practice this means establish the requirements of the project features, the feasibility, and the business case for each feature, writing detailed business requirement definitions and expected user experience, validate with Product team and partner stakeholders, in preparation to pass to the development teams. Support UAT testing and Product Acceptance on the completion of development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of a product-focused approach across all teams involved in development.
  • Work closely with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to achieve development objectives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and champion innovative solutions for future needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in dynamic content.


  • 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role delivering value in the ad tech or MarTech space.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Experience using multiple research methods to gather and analyse quantitative data.
  • Knowledge of systems thinking principles and tools to solve complex challenges.
  • Ability to effectively describe problems, facilitate discussions, and achieve stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with scaled agile methodologies and the ad tech technologies.
  • Ability to interpret trends and identify customer problems to develop solutions.
  • Experience in outcome-based modelling, focusing on achieving tangible results.
  • Commitment to staying up to date on industry trends.
  • Martech & Adtech Expertise: Strong understanding of the current and future trajectory of these sectors.

Set Yourself Apart With:

  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of cutting-edge digital advertising technologies.
  • Experience building platforms or endpoint solutions.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Kubernetes, and other scaled infrastructure projects.
