Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time 15-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in John Lewis Exeter!
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows:
- Sales Goals – Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
- Brow services – Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
- Teamwork– Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
- Promotions and Special Events– Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
- Administration– An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
- Hygiene and Housekeeping– You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

-Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
– Minimum 6 months retail experience
