Rated ‘ Outstanding ‘ by Ofsted, our team has been transforming out-of-hours support for children and young people since its launch in January 2020.
As the Assistant Team Manager, you will be the cornerstone for seamless service access, expertly guiding referrals to partner agencies, and providing immediate emergency responses during critical out-of-hours periods.
Here’s your chance to be part of something new as we implement the early support hub and reshape the way we deliver services. Your role will be pivotal, supporting senior managers in crafting and embedding our innovative approach.
Flexibility is key, with a dynamic rolling shift pattern covering operational hours from 8 am to midnight, including weekends and holidays. And, of course, your dedication is recognised with unsocial hours payments in line with Council policies.
Ready to make a real difference? Bring your Social Work England registration, a recognised social worker qualification, and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation. Management/supervision qualifications (level 4) and a minimum of two years’ relevant experience or training are essential.
