We are the highest Ofsted-rated provider in the country for special education and care. Our teams are fulfilled by the idea of making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things.
For children with complex needs the level of care and education we provide must go above and beyond. That’s what drives us here at Witherslack Group. With our high staff-to-child ratio and in-house clinical teams, we’re proud to have won a reputation for excellence and market leading OFSTED ratings.

At Witherslack Group, our in-house IT systems play a vital role in supporting the care and education we provide to children, as well as delivering key business information across the organisation. We’re looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for colleagues who need help with IT systems and services.
In this role, you’ll provide friendly and professional support to users across the group, logging and managing IT tickets, assisting in resolving issues, and liaising with both internal teams and third-party suppliers. Whether responding to queries by phone, email, or our support desk, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our IT services and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Some travel between sites may be required, so flexibility and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
