THE ROLE

Supporting the Head of Operations and retail operations managers in strategically and proactively implementing operations, communications and administration for the global retail business. Administrating the compliance and development of new business initiatives from concept through to evaluation, embracing digital platforms and future proofing the global business.

 WHAT WILL I BE DOING

  • Driving business revenue through timely and engaging communications in all mediums (written, video, verbal presentations) all in support of our brand values and a positive company culture.
  • Owning department administration, retail activity, management of the retail calendar and workload communication in partnership with Retail Leadership and relevant Head Office departments.
  • Compiling accurate and impactful reporting, whilst supporting the Head of Retail Operations and Retail Operations Manager with the project roadmap.
  • Managing customer facing information, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness across external business platforms.
  • Collaborating cross functionally to ensure all elements of administration, communication and project implementation have been considered for effective and seamless rollout, with your customer as priority.
  • Actively understanding the retail climate and using your knowledge of in store processes to identify opportunities, propose and implement solutions which positively impact retail workload and productivity.
  • Researching and identifying best practices within competitors to stay abreast of front line innovations to help us drive the business and future proof global operations, for an effortless omnichannel customer journey.
  • Supporting new business expansion and ensuring a consistent and effective introduction into the brand for new retail locations and partnerships.
  • Ensure all operations comply with legislation on a global scale, in partnership with Head Office departments.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Business and results focused, aware of business objectives and understanding your impact on those objectives.
  • Analytical and solutions driven with precision and attention to detail, able to read data and make informed assumptions.
  • Numeric with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experienced in and knowledgeable around brand guidelines to communicate with confidence in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Ability to motivate in person and via communication.
  • Strategic, inspirational, innovative and leading by example with a proactive style, coaching and engaging store teams through communications and dissemination of information in line with the brand values.
  • The ability to manage projects with all key stakeholders, across varying levels of the business.
  • Develop strong working partnerships with other departments to increase effectiveness and efficiency, able to manage these partnerships laterally and upwards where required, utilising negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Flexibility to support a global retail business, including working in stores, a rotating weekend working schedule and some evening work during peak periods.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to speak a second language is advantageous, but not essential.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years of experience in store operations, store management (e.g., Keyholder or Assistant Store Manager), or corporate retail administration.
  • 1–2 years of experience tracking project timelines, managing operational calendars, and coordinating cross-functional rollouts.
  • Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, store task management tools, and internal communication platforms.

This is a full time hourly role available at a rate of: $27.00 – $29.00 USD/Hour. 

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
