As part of the Workforce Management function, this role will play a pivotal part in delivering a business-led transformation that simplifies processes, improves colleague experience and provides a strong foundation for future innovation.

What the role is about

The Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Transformation is responsible for leading the successful delivery of one or more workstreams within the Compass UK&I SAP SuccessFactors programme.

Working closely with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Digital & Technology, Finance and implementation partners, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring agreed business outcomes are achieved safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will provide strong governance, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure a successful transition to Business as Usual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme & Project Delivery
  • Lead the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects across Compass UK&I.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, budgets and resource plans.
  • Manage project scope, dependencies and change control.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and implementation partners.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and programme stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, governance forums and steering committees.
  • Produce clear executive reporting and project communications.

Governance & Risk

  • Ensure programme governance standards are consistently applied.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Escalate key decisions through agreed governance routes.

Business Readiness & Adoption

  • Support testing, training, cutover and go-live planning.
  • Work with Change Management to maximise adoption.
  • Ensure successful handover into BAU with appropriate documentation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture lessons learned.
  • Promote delivery best practice and continuous improvement across the programme.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience delivering enterprise HR, ERP or digital transformation programmes, multi-country desirable)
  • SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll or Workforce Management solutions.
  • PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP or equivalent qualification desirable.
