Facilities Account Manager

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Account Manager to oversee the delivery of an integrated facilities management and catering services contract within a prestigious client environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an operationally focused manager who has experience leading multiple service lines, building strong client relationships, and driving high standards across service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contractual performance, operational excellence, financial accountability and team engagement across a diverse and fast-paced account.

Working closely with both frontline and management teams, you will act as the key point of contact for the client, ensuring service delivery consistently exceeds expectations while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated facilities management and catering services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and primary contact.
  • Drive performance against contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance and forecasting to achieve agreed targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop operational management teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure high standards of health, safety, quality and statutory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for service innovation, efficiencies and value enhancement.
  • Produce regular operational and financial reports for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Support business continuity, mobilisation activities and service improvement initiatives where required.

About You

We’re looking for a commercially minded and relationship-focused leader with:

  • Experience managing integrated facilities management
  • Exposure to catering, hospitality, workplace services or broader FM environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and commercial accountability.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships at multiple levels.
  • Experience leading diverse operational teams across multiple service streams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
