Are you the kind of person who brings energy into the room? Love great food, coffee culture, buzzing environments and making people smile? We’re looking for a hands-on, bubbly Food Services Supervisor to help lead a vibrant café and food service operation in London.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk kind of role — you’ll be right in the middle of the action, supporting the team, jumping onto service, keeping standards high and helping create an amazing customer experience every single day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading by example on the floor during busy services
- Supporting café, coffee bar and food service operations
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences with personality and confidence
- Motivating and supporting a fun, energetic team
- Helping with stock ordering, displays and daily operations
- Keeping standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation at their best
- Creating a positive atmosphere where both customers and colleagues enjoy being
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supervising in hospitality, catering or food service
- Is outgoing, positive and naturally great with people
- Loves being hands-on and thrives in a busy environment
- Has a genuine passion for food, coffee and service
- Can stay calm under pressure while keeping energy high
- Brings a can-do attitude and team spirit every day
