As a Content Creator at Get Set UK, you will play a central role in shaping how we show up across digital channels. You’ll create engaging, on-brand content that brings our services, outcomes and impact to life.
This role replaces ajunior position and is designed for an experienced content professional who canwork independently, take a brief and deliver confidently without needingconstant direction.
You’ll work acrossdesign, copy and storytelling, supporting campaigns, day-to-day communicationsand website updates. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing &Communications team and work alongside freelance designers when needed forlarger creative projects.
This is adelivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pace and beingtrusted to get on with the job.

Get Set UK supports people to develop skills, confidence and stability for work. We deliver employability and skills services that help individuals move into and remain in employment, working closely with employers and partners across the UK.
What Will You Do?
You will:
- Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, digital channels, campaigns and presentations
- Design visual assets using Canva and Adobe, including simple animations and graphics
- Write clear, purposeful copy for web pages, emails, landing pages and social content
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress and existing templates
- Balance multiple content requests while maintaining quality, accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing team and freelancers to deliver larger or more complex projects

What you will bring?
You will bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a content, marketing or communications role, where content delivery was a core part of your job, not a side task
- Strong visual design capability, with confidence using Canva and Adobe tools to produce clean, on-brand digital assets
- Clear, adaptable copywriting skills, able to write for different audiences, channels and purposes without losing clarity or tone
- Practical experience managing website content, including creating and updating pages using WordPress or similar
- Comfortable using digital tools and AI to support content creation, speed up production and improve consistency, with an understanding of when human judgement matters most
- A reliable, delivery-focused mindset, with pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and seeing tasks through properly
