Overview
We’re hiring an Implementation Consultant to set up new clients on Paycheck Plus, our outsourced payroll service.
This role is about building payrolls properly from the start. You’ll configure payrolls, validate data, and run first payrolls so clients can move into live processing smoothly and with confidence.
Experience with Irish payroll is a real advantage. Paycheck Plus supports clients with Irish payroll requirements, so understanding how Irish payroll works – in practice, not just in theory – is key to getting implementations right.
Why This Role Matters
Payroll implementations are high-impact. If the setup isn’t right, problems follow.
As an Implementation Consultant, you make sure:
- Payrolls are built accurately and compliantly from day one
- Clients trust the service before their first live run
- Payroll teams can take over confidently once implementation is complete
Your work directly protects employees being paid correctly and clients staying compliant.
About the Team You’ll Join
You’ll join a Professional Services team of five, made up of Implementation Consultants and Implementation Consultant Associates.
