Job Title: Regional Sales Controller (UK Grocery) – Ferrero
Location: North UK
Salary: £43,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Contract: 9 Month Secondment from Start Date.
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Controller to lead and inspire our Grocery field operations for Ferrero in the North of the UK.
As the driving force behind a team of Regional Sales Managers, you’ll coach, develop, and motivate them to exceed ambitious KPIs, while ensuring our premium brands are showcased at their absolute best in-store.
What You’ll Do

Lead, coach and inspire a team of Regional Sales Managers to deliver and exceed performance targets.

Analyse results, spot trends, and make strategic recommendations to grow your region and the channel.

Maintain exceptional store standards, with a particular focus on high-turnover London locations.

Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and the Ferrero account team.

Manage VIP visits, ensuring stores are presentation-perfect.

Implement personal development plans for your team to ensure long-term growth and success.

Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to identify opportunities for increased returns.

Support strategic projects and bring insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in FMCG sales – ideally within the grocery sector.

Previous success leading a high-performing field team, preferably at 2nd line management level.

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action.

Resilient, results-focused, and highly organised.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away when required.
