We are looking for a Wellbeing Worker who knows what it takes to support young people between the ages of 11 – 18, working in and alongside schools.  You will act as a key person providing support for those experiencing a tough time at school,  or at risk of not engaging and/or experiencing wider issues.

As a Wellbeing Worker you will work alongside young people between the ages of 11 – 18 to improve their health and wellbeing. Improving the lives of young people who use our services, advising, supporting and motivating them to make positive changes.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic team of wellbeing workers. The successful candidate will be provided with full training, but must be proactive, positive, approachable and non-judgemental with a good sense of humour and the ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure.

You will be expected to monitor, record and report all communication with the people we work alongside, within the guidance of our policies, procedures and necessary Ofsted requirements.
